Someone lifted the Law, the “ought,” the “ought not,”
and the Voice of Grace shattered my life
into a thousand lonely pieces
No meaning seen
No purpose felt
Starless, Moonless Night
From the pieces grew a Flower I call Love ~
a beating, pulsating Heart ~
not your's, not mine, not anyone's
How?
What?
Why?
Does any of this make sense?
I hope not
"Hush!"... let the Silence
open your heart to receive
the gift of this shamelessly naked Night
Behind One veil is the look
I sought
Everyone seeks
Be pulled through the bright Darkness
or you’ll always be trying
to make love to an illusion
